    Default "that" miss geico

So hey everyone, ive gotten a lot of great help on here from people such as shawn "srislash", izcain and many other. They helped me with my first build and have started helping me with my MG. Now i kinda dont want my first build thread to be linked with my mg. I want them both to be seperate because truely, they are totally different. So thanks again and here, i want to get help for the MG only. Lets focus on this beast making it the best we can.

So with the specs of the MG i have.
    Proboat miss geico hull
    Proboat steering servo
    Stock motor mount
Aquacraft 120amp aquastar water cooled esc
    UL-1 brushless motor
    2 flight power 5350 mah 2s lipo
    Grim racer 42*55 prop
    Offset rudder
    Sharpened rudder and strut
    Traxxas 2.4ghz radio

That is what we have. Now here is the setup shawn and i have put on with this boat.
Strut is level with the bottom of the hull. While sitting on the table, the strut sits flat.

Everything in this boat seems tip top. But i want more, who doesnt. Hah well im guessing you want pictures now.

In some pictures you might see some stuff wrong. I have! Re bent the steering rod and as i said fixed the strut from other pictures..

    This thing is mean looking.
Oh did i mention i traded my min revo for this! Great trade.

So now that everyone has all the detail, what does everyone see with this setup? Anything that can be changed? Anything cheap, that can be done?

So tested today. Couldnt go far because the range on the remote was limited. I actually his a wall lightly. Came back and noticed a crack on the inside side of the sponsor tip. I can blow on it and it wont let air through so im not worried aboht it too bad. Swappes over thee radio and i might go test again.

And 5.5 bullet connectors would be a cheap good mod all around for the setup,
You just need to know how to solder.
A mini torch is cheap and work good.
It seems alright. Nkt too bad. But i dont know this... On my 2700 turnigy it spins smooth and easy. This motor doesnt. Like goes then stops when i try.spinning it. I.notice my cc2200 in my truggybdoes that too is this normal? And i have a torch and a soldiering gun. I can solder alright...

Ill have to findut how to do that. Now I see lik turn fins and stff for v hulls. Do these d anything for cats?

no, its gravel bottom. the river was very low today and i think that kept the sticks from flowing. normally its polluted but today was nice. some spots were flat as glass,,, but the batts were dead. did charge them while we were fishing on the boat for 2 runs. the second run is when it almost went over. it was right when the cold front was moving in and the wind was picking up. going right into. in the video you will see it bounces a little too. moved the batterys farther forward and kinda fixed that. and you have to stake oput your ground before you run. stumps and trees in the water are very common. hah
