Default Avoid losing flex shaft and prop?

I know on the Rio, you were able to place a collet at the end of the shaft that would keep you from losing the flex shaft? Anything on the MC for the same issue? Pics?

Actually, I didn't lose one, just trying to avoid it on the maiden voyage..

Just make sure the collet is snug and you'll never have a problem. The only time I've seen entire shafts lost is either due to forgetting to tighten it up or old worn out collets that don't hold well anymore. You don't need to give it the double armed gorilla crank either, this will cause problems as well!
I just give the two wrenches a light squeeze together with the fingers of one hand and this is tight enough.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?
