Good Day District 12,

So we have finally decide how we are going to address the refunds for the cancelled race. We are proposing 2 options to the entrants.

Option 1:

Apply your current entry fees to next years Capitol R/C District Race. We will keep yours name in the system as fully paid.

Option 2:

Request a refund and we will mail a check to you. May take about 1 week max to get to you depending on the number of request we get.
