Hi guys,

Just thought I'd share a little accident I had with you the other day...

My boat runs well an gets into the low 40's on every run, I'm happy with these speeds cos it handles very well.

The water wasn't complete glass but it wasn't too choppy either, anyways I was flat out (bout 40) when it hit a little
bit of rougher water and got airborne, it then nosedived and dissapeard for a few seconds (probly got 2 feet under!)

I wasn't worried as I always tape the hatch, and sure enough it popped back up as was soon flying round like it hadn't
happened, THAT IS WHEN I SHOULDA CHECKED THE TAPE AGAIN!

After a few more laps it happend again with the nosedive, this time it didn't really "pop" up again, it did surface but you could tell it was full of water and the controller wasn't working.

After a rescue and subsequent drying out period, my boat works fine, but from now on if it goes under once I'll bring her in to re-check the tape!

Hope this prevents the same thing happening to anyone else, Happy boating guys!
