    Default Nitro Trucks/Buggies

Anyone also running a nitro truck/buggy?
A friend I run boats with just got one an inexpensive (i guess) 1/10th exceedrc brand stadium truck just thought it would be fun to pick one up to bash around with him while our batteries are charging.
Any suggestions? Probably looking around the $400 range, dont want totally entry level but something easy to run an maintain, Ive had nitro stuff before an have all the little bits needed so just a rtr truck wanted.
New isn't really a priority, but i dont know of a site to see used other than rcuniverse, suggestions on sites to look an what truck you have had experiance
    Thanks for your suggestions

go FE. i love it i run a LOSI XXXt and XXXcr with brushless ( not those silly mamba things) with my lehner i eat all the nitro and the mamba and novak powered buggies and trucks alive!
and its great i run 2P in kmy lipo for weight to keep the front end down. and with 10K on board. hell i can run for about 45-50 mins on the packs.

Dont waste your time with nitro. Been there done that w/ my kid who has now found the fairer sex. Get yourself a Hotbodies E-Zilla, plug in some lipos, a few upgrades and be amused while the nitro guys are yanking pull starts and replacing pistons and sleeves.

I have the thunder tiger ST 1, its really tough and handles well, IMO its SLOW but thats cause i race FE boats!

It will be converted to brushless as soon as I wear out the nitro motor.

I know nitro can be slower than FE, but this is a simple basher to play with another "Nitro" truggy, didnt want to spend a lot an my wording above was "pick one up to bash around with him while our batteries are charging" So a FE one wont work right now, I dont want to buy more batteries too! I did end up getting one should be here next week, for sure though when the motors worn Ill then consider a conversion. Thanks for the help guys!
