Kintec Racing upgrade hatch w/sealing foam?

Does anyone know if this really makes it watertight? I was (meaning boat is down for upgrades and fixes) starting to get tired of electrical tape and thought this would be great if it really does create a watertight seal.

Hey mate DO NOT give up on the electrical tape, its just not worth trusting anything else!

I know it can be a pain, but it will save you lots of hassle in the long run.

I have heard of boats flipping and the hatch being ripped off, (Glue some foam on the underside)
by all means get the hatch seal aswell, (i got just the upgraded latch)

You really do want to use the tape mate, once you've done it a few times it only takes seconds!
