Looking for an Octura or any make 6mm shaft to .250 cable coupler. I would order from the site but I need it pretty quickly if somebody in Ontario or close has one to sell.
Please delete, I ordered from OSE..

As I mentioned in my add, I would buy from here but it won't get to me on time. Takes 2 weeks to get parts from here to me and I need it sooner..
Thanks anyway !
No problem.....I was just tring to share info as I have two CC 1717 1580 with a 6mm shaft also.

Thanks Daniel, I appreciate it just the same.
One of mine might be getting turned down so I can use 5mm pinions in my 16lb converted LST

Right on, I still power my big trucks with gas, cool idea though. This coupler is for a project boat I am doing. It's an Aeromarine Avenger pro that is getting a Leoprd 5692. Something to mess with in a bit rougher water when the SAW boats are in danger in the same water..
When I learn more about FE, I have hopes to build a large boat with the 1717 running in it.
FE boats have very different power needs than land vehicles.......I have much to learn before I get there.

This boat won't be very fast but it will be pretty good in rougher waters. I actually have a couple 1717's that will be going in an HPR 45 this winter. One of a few projects I have to keep me busy when things are frozen around here. Just keep reading and learning, your big boat will come. It's like building fast cars, all the parts have to be matched to work together properly and if they do, the results will be good.
Take care
Andy
I have an idea for 54" deep vee with twin counter rotating props running thru a gear drive powered by the 1717....that way I could change the gearing to get the best rpms.
