Thread placement 101

There have been a LOT of newer threads being created in the wrong boards. More times than not, I have had to move threads around. For those that don't know, and those that need a reminder, here are a few guidelines to remember...

1. If your thread is about an RTR boat, Please see the RTR section for a board specifically for that model.
ex: Pro boat - Aquacraft - Venom - Traxxas - Minicat Racing

2. If your thread is about a new RTR by the above manufacturers, Create your thread in that manufacturer's Q&A board. (not the FE Q&A board).

3. If your boat is NOT a Minicat Racing, but less that 20" create your thread in the Mini / Micro board.

4. If your thread is about a boat you're building and have a question about it, Create your thread in the FE Q&A board.(not the build board).

5. If your thread is about showing off your build boat completion, create your thread in the Pictures & Video board. (not the build board).

6. If your thread is about an item for sale, create your thread in the items for sale thread.

7. If your thread is about an item you want to buy, create your threas in the wanted board. (not the items for sale board).

8. If your thread is about props, create your thread in the prop board (not the FE Q&A board).

FE Q&A is for general FE topics and other boat manufacturers without their own board.

Mini & Micro board is for FE boats less than 20" (500mm)

Props board is for discussion about props.

Build board is for people that are willing to take the time to post pictures and document the building process of their boats.

These are the most common boards with improper thread creations. If you have any doubts aboout where your thread should be created, please READ the subtitles.
