Nice find Tony. I truly believe the vast majority of the worlds people, *get it*. Unfortunately, some humans, that are in charge see things differently, and to line their, and their friends pockets will propagate fear, hatred, bigotry, racism, ignorance, etc, from top, down. As long as nearly 1/4, or more of the worlds populous are kept from the truth, and are indoctrinated, including those in more civilized countries, WWIII is inevitable. Look around you right now, hostilities are being ramped up, instead of down.

OOPZ, I just now realized I already posted that video. How bout something from her young innocent days? I wish I would have taken her up on that Rogaine offer,- alas it's too late for me.

I agree, her natural hair color is blonde. But I'm not in charge, so I never know what to expect. go figure,-- 22801_641103006027272_3236637508982189887_n.jpg

In the early summer of 1974 the evening air high up in the hills where my double A-Frame Boathaus was located just off Mullholland was cool but not so cool that I had to put up the top. The house mouse wanted some more of her favorite spirits so I headed down to Gil Turners on the strip. Cruised down Pacific View Drive to Cahuenga and headed west on Sunset. Might as well stop at Tower Records first to see what’s new from the crew I hung with on a musical level. Linda, Jackson, J.D. & those new Eagle guys were my regulars. The Whiskey and the Rainbow were on the way as well so I knew this could be a long ride.
Pulled into what was at the time the world’s largest and hippest record store, parked the ‘69 and shut her down. Then I heard, actually not just heard but FELT something that pounded my ears. Being in the sound reproduction biz I knew that whatever Tower’s sound system was blasting, what came through the walls was just the bottom of the track with the mids and highs being absorbed by the walls. And it sounded like a full on FREIGHT TRAIN was cutting through the parking lot. I went inside and slowly realized that for the first time I was hearing and FEELING how TWO DRUMMERS propel a musical piece. I stood transfixed. Didn’t move, glued in place. Listened in fascination as Chuck Leavell’s piano solo taxied to the end of the runway, built up the rpm’s, then sprouted wings and soared. Then with goosebumps witnessed what could be one of the most beautiful guitar riffs ever by Dickie Betts. I just stood there in place. The clerk behind the register, who cued the cut looked at me and he knew. If I could only better explain what these moments were like – a total group mind in Hollywierd in the Seventies.

I seen Greg Allman/Allman Brothers? and Warren Haynes at the Fox theater about 2004. Also seen Allman Brothers Band in Macon, GA about 1976. I appreciate them much more now than I did then.

    Yes you are old.

I love that tune! Man they sounded good at that show. My only question is 'who are the 129 idiots that gave that video a thumbs down?'
