    Default Tristan's P-Sport FE30

Tristan wisely chose the TP Power 3Y 2220KV motor / Swordy Pro 220A+ combo. This should be a ballistic missle !

Laser employed to find/align stuffing tube slot to the strut. Perfect alignment to the motor collet means less vibration/noise/parasitic driveline drag

Tony - I just saw these! Awesome! Looking forward to spring! I echo Tristan's comments! I'm so happy with Tony and his work, I asked him to build my skiff. Plans are already in motion! Thanks again Tony!

Default Delta Force 26 SAW Race Build for P-Ltd Mono

This was a last-minute entry to beat my existing NAMBA P-Ltd Mono SAW record. I might have done better (my current record with the JetChopper30 still stands) had I remembered to bring my batteries to the course for the one day I had to defend the record .

Default Hydro & Marine Drifter S NAMBA SAW Record Holder

As I'm updating this thread I feel it's ProperChopper appropriate to finally give due respect to this amazing boat- a three-time NAMBA SAW Record Holder : P-Ltd Offshore 67.771mph; P-Ltd Cat original record 66.176mph and current P-Ltd Cat record of 67.060mph. [Plus three fast passes of 71mph]

Thanks to Mike (Chili) for long ago selling me this hull and "Snowman" Brian B. for providing the "El-Kabongo" record prop

I ran my FE30 set up by Tony today for the first time. All I can say is WOW!! It ran great, came in dry, I could not be happier. If anyone is thinking about a new boat and on the fence as to whether or not to ask Properchopper to set it up, I recommend him highly! I am glad I went to him for the FE30, Mean Machine, and my skiff. Thanks Tony!

Several of my club members had Tony build their FE-30s and they were great boats! Tony is my friend but honestly, he does great builds and I have shamelessly stolen several build ideas from him....

Wow - thanks for the kind words . I work hard to deliver strongly built, well tuned builds. Takes time, lots of attention to detail and some creativity thrown in for good measure.

FINALLY got my second outing of the season today... All I can say is WOW! This boat was incredibly fast out of the box. Had a hard time keeping it on the water, but I think I am just a few adjustments and a little work on the COG away and it will be awesome. What a great platform to start from. Nice job! My Fe30 was out today too, and that boat is just consistent. Thanks Tony! Bring on the Skiff!

Thanks again Sir. Every boat needs a little fine tuning of the settings to find the sweet spot for your individual running style. Enjoy

Here is a video of the Mean Machine that Tony set up for me. This boat really moves! I hit the thermal barrier at the end of the run, so I'm gonna have to prop it down. Tony did a great job, and thanks to my special someone for taking the video. We lost the focus, but you'll definitely get the idea!

    Steve,

Thanks for posting the vid - It's definitely rewarding for me to see one of my builds run so nicely - Your MM is WAAY fast & corners on RAILS - I really hadn't expected it to be that fast To unload the powerplant with that prop you can raise the strut vertically a bit ; 1/8" to even 1/4" BUT probably easier to prop down & test.
