Guys Patrick is not a troll. Lets give him some slack. He is a real person. If he's running the items I think he's running on 10s, very high speed is possible. I don't know about 90, but well into the 80 mark. I'm not sure how long it will last.

I didn't have a problem with his posts until us forums members were being talked down to because he supposedly knows quantum physics and the theory of relativity. I don't care how intelligent someone is, condescension is uncalled for. And giving no insight to what makes the boat fast doesn't give us any reason to believe him. Remember, he didn't buy his parts from us...we don't know him or what he bought. We can only form an opinion from what words we see in his posts.

Speed is the easiest thing anyone can achieve with an FE boat. All it takes is voltage and the right kv. Given SOME inteligence is required, but it doesnt take long to learn the basics. I hope he has run as fast as he says he has. Its fast for sure, but the arrogance ruins the thread. I realize he doesnt have to give out his info or show interior pics for his friends may learn his set up-understandable. Im one of the non-believers too, but who cares? Let him have his glory over his buddies. Its fun sometimes to have some friendly competition. Maybe we all will see his set up sometime. Until then, Im fine with what I have and how fast it goes.

Run 93 mph on a 4s setup and keep it on the water and I'd be impressed. Honestly sticking 7-8-9-10-12s into a small boat doesn't impress me at all. It's cool to see the fast boats either way but I've not seen anything here except a boat that can't stay on the water at 40mph.
