    Cool Carrollton Classic - Dallas Texas

    On May 3rd and 4th the Dallas Thunderboaters will host their annual Classic event. It will feature classes for gas, nitro and FE.

    Electric Classes:
    • LSH 12 Sub-C, brushed SS1 or 700 Series motor only
    • 1/10 Scale Hydro (More info Coming Soon)
    • Open 8-14 sub-c, any motor
    • Open up to 18 sub-c or 6S Lipo
    • Open up to 24 sub-c or 8S Lipo
    • Open up to 32 sub-c or 10S Lipo

    This is a fun event on a full size 1/6th mile course.

    I will finally get to meet you Jay! Sorry, I missed you guys in New Brunsfels... had lots of work going on! Looks like you did well, and had a good time...

    Where do you sign up?? Do you need namba or impba membership??

    Sorry guys, I've been in Europe for the past week and a half and didn't read the thread. Try this link for better results:

    This is an IMPBA event, but you can get single-event membership if this is the only race you will attend in 2008. Actually there is one in the Houston area May 29/30 and another tenatively on May 24/25. But the Carrollton race will probably have the most FE boats.

    I talked to Don Shuhart about a "spec SV27 class", he says they will consider it!!!

    I think it would help get more people into our sport!!
