Took the Spartan out to the pond on the golf course I work at to show one of the guys and at 1/4 throttle it starts pulsing

Are you running the new and improved components, or the originals?

    I smell Toast

More than likely the old system, I think the new one really goes up when it does(at least that's what I've heard)

Yes, it is the "old" system. I got it Dec. 23 and haven't had a lot of time to run it. It's always been run on 6s and even witt the cooling mods, it still runs HOT.
So the "new" systems are junk as well? What is Traxxas thinking?

There is a post on the Traxxas board, beyond that I'm not sure.
I've had good luck so far, but only have a few runs on it.

You are soo right about Traxxas. They have great customer service for their products but that is it. I've been banned for life yet again for saying "I hoped they got it right this time" Lost all my contact info from members and can't read several messages that were sent to me after posting these pictures Somebody doesn't like me

I'll post some video of the first run with temps and speed with 3s when I test it out...hopefully today
