Do you need a passport to get into/out of Canada?
Do you need a passport to get into/out of Canada?
Not sure how you guys would do it.
In MI you just need to get an enhanced drivers liscense which appears to be just a money grab to me but it gets us there.
Pass port or enhanced DL
I wonder if the WI DMV offers an enhanced license like MI? I might be able to get that in time if they do....
Hard to say. You don't share a border with Canada so they may never have messed with it. It was an issue around here. Lot's of travel in and out of Canada.
If you got on it quick you might even be able to get your passport in time.
It would be sweet to take another run at you in LSH. If you guys are coming I'll keep working on the P spec hydro.
Sounds like alot of boats... Of the 76 entered how many actually have enought to make classes? Buy the way, how many boats make a class 3, 4, or 5....
Count me in for
P-Limited Sport Hydro (LSH) - 2.4gHz
P-Limited Offshore - 2.4gHz
P-Limited OPC (tunnel) - 2.4gHz
I think I recall someone stating that classes had a 10,000mAh limit. Is that true, meaning we can run 2P in any of the classes?
Later,
Mike Ball
I'm mailing off my passport renewal form as I type with a $60 expedite fee.
I'm in for...
P-limited sport hydro (LSH)
P-limited hydro
P-limited OPC
All on 2.4ghz
This is Tom C the LSH is on 2.4G and the LSO might be on it too
Mike:
3 Boats make a class (we will work at combining classes on race day to get everyone as much action as possible)
Here is the latest sign up sheet as best as I can keep track

DOBY - I am all DSM. I had to confirm whether I could make the trip. Sean's commitment pushed me over the fence.
Please clarify - the racers list shows N2 mono and P-Hydro and other classes but the flyer does not? I would enter N2 mono if this is a class. Also a bunch of us have P-Limited Hydros. Is this is what is intended or is it the actual P-Hydro?
Oh - Open esc's for the P-limited classes correct?
I too would like some info on area Hotels. Jay and Tom - I will be in with you guys soon.
Doug
I have a P Limited rigger too but I might not be able to keep up with all that charging.
Here is some hotel info.
Travelodge (I stayed there a few months ago, hot buffet breakfast included. pretty good food! I'll be staying there again)

Jeff
Doug has a 45 amp I'm still intersted in too. Thanks Jeff. I'll let ya know.
Terry - I will remember to bring the 45 amp. We can trade back or you can buy this one.
Doby and Chris - With the Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio guy's, I count 6 P-Limited Hydros (riggers). Is there a chance to run P-Limited Hydro rather than Open P-Hydro?
Thanks for consideration - Doug
Too bad P-Sport hydro is kinda dead, I have one to run. My Whiplash is P-sport and my New PT stealth sport is done for LSH.
Nortavlag Bulc
Theres always open hydro to run it in.

I can make my LSH a P-Sport with a change of motor/prop. I'm in for that as well. Find one more and that makes 3
addendum...
As long as I have enough time between the other classes.......

If you were to have enough people to run N1, what is allowed for motor and batteries. In Namba brushless motors and LiPo are allowed.
Jay
I've got an N1 if I knew what motor is legal??
My df23 Sniper.

I wold love to run my N1 which I set up for the NAMBA Nats but couldn't attend. I have been unable to find an update for this class on the IMPBA rules. In NAMBA the motor can be either a brushed ROAR legal 27 turn or a ROAR legal 17.5 turn brushless. 2S Lipos OK. If OK with the race chairman perhaps we could go with the NAMBA rules.

Wow that was fast. My passport arrived today!
John,
Add N1 Mono for me. It will be on 72Mhz channel 62.
Thanks,
Jay Stolz
What motor do we agree on then Jay?? For n1?
