Mini-V boost list

Hi,
Im new in electric boating and i wanna upgrade my Mini-V.
Do these upgrade might work?

.098 octura Flex cable and Coupler 1/8th to 0.98 cable
Some tube, fiting and water pickup for the cooling system~
Feigao 380 l? xl? ( http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...rod=fei-380-xL) I dont know which one to take
Feigao water cooled mount
Cooling jacket for the motor
Oct x430 Prop or beter? (Hight speed mid acceleration?)

Which Li-po&charger (3s 11V) ?
Which Brushless esc (preferably whit a low voltage cutt-off if it doensnt have, what i use or get for it?) that preferably fit whit Mini-V Tx and if it doenst fit which Tx (cheap) ?
Which servo (cheap one) ?
