Etti 45-6-16 Navy bl 45 amp esc problems?

Hi all a 1 month ago my friend programed my Etti 45 amp esc for 3s low voltage cutoff and advanced the timing to 7 degrees for my 6-pole motor unplugged the esc and put it in the drawer while i painted the boat a month later reinstalled the unit and the only thing that worked was the power going to the servo no beeping sound and no power to the motor .The radio system used is the Spektrum DX3S I know for sure the low voltage on the esc has lost its programing as i can plug in a 2s pack and will run the servo i plugged in a 5s pack and still only ran the servo but no motor. What else can i check for to try to get this esc to work? Regards Andris Golts.
