This does not Ray. I started this hull before Joe and I initially talked. I am going to try powering this hull with a 1717 on 5 or 6 cell. If that doesn't work, it will end up with a 1521 1050kv on 8s. Its my experimental, low budget hull. Should only weight around 13lbs rtr, so I am able to take that chance with this one!
