Yes to aggressive, yes to SAW prop, yes to not liking turns, the up to plain time will depend on size of prop, weight of hull, CG...

The thing to keep in mind is that the lift in a V prop puts a much heavier load. For example, a V935/3 with an outside diameter of 35mm is over 5% faster and more load than an M445 with an outside diameter of 45mm!
What I'm getting at here is that you can easily cook electronics if you don't appreciate the additional load you are putting on the electronics.
In testing, we locally have discovered that we can cut a V935/3 down to 32mm for a 15" rigger. It turns well, but for that size prop on such a light model, it is the exception to the rule.

So, what you're saying is that they put much more load, but also much more speed, this means the SAW boats run HUGE esc's?
