Genesis, what prop?

I am getting a genesis with a leopard 4082 1500 kv. I will run on 6s. Currently has an x642 prop and hits low 60's. Anyone have similar setup and using a different prop?

Hey Shaun. A club member ran his today w/ the Castle 1520 and spun a M445. But it was at 59mph if I remember correctly. I ran the 1520 in mine on 6S w/ a 442 and was running mid 50s... I tried a 642 and it didnt like it. it was more the 150A Etti that wasnt pleased w/ the prop choice than anything else. What esc is coming in yours?

Diego,sorry.........tiqieman, it's got the seaking 180....runs low 60.s with 642 prop but I will possibly try the m445

I'll try an m445 but I will need to drop the strut for sure. What's a safe gap from prop to strut?

A coulple mm min. Thats gettin it for sure. Like I said before, My Castle 1520 would not hit 60 w/ a 642. You must have it dialed very well

Leopard 1500 with Seaking 180 X642 prop. My best so far is 57.1 mph
