We ran for an hour or 2 making adjustments and playing around 2 sets of batteries I hit right after that run 60.1mph 60.6mph and 60.5mph must have hit a good gust of wind but still my best of the day with consistant 60's with a $60 motor. Still have my cc1518 and 4082 2200kv to try to try and break my best. He was hitting consistant 59's all day in his genesis and on his 2nd to last run hit that 63.7mph good day for both of us

Well I was definetly pushing that motor on 6s but had good temps never hotter than 105 on either esc or motor 119 at my ec5's but I was only getting a little over 3 mins of play time but a lot of fun watching that thing go

Little adjustments really do make a big difference, put my strut up a 1/16 of in inch from where it was and i gained some visual speed, This was also using 4s1p instead of the 4s2p set up i usually run. Felt like i was easily getting to 45, maybe more, could be talking out my ass with no gps though, got an app for my phone that may work well enough. Next purchase may be an eagle tree with the gps sensor.

Yes they do. My buddy told me to angle my strut up a bit I did that moved my packs back 2 inches and went from 49.5mph to 63.4mph on the next run with same prop just a slight adjustment. Could only pull solid low 60's after that run but still very happy even with that. The eagle tree is nice cause it can do everything but for the money I love my garmin forerunner.

Well now I've got good run times with 60mph passes with my cc1518 so far a best of 62.1mph with that motor. Definetly happy with this setup although I lost my my flex shaft that day so I was getting some slip can't wait to see what she does when I get my wire drive

I just split the front of my hull the other day on 4s. Was running in some super chop when i got a little balls. Nose dropped off a wake and submarined hard, broke that batts loose and they flew in the front of the sponsons. I think i hit the lake bottom and that is what split it. Lots of flotation in the front so i know the packs didn't get all the way up there. I just dremeled out the split a bit filled with epoxy and now just needs a little sanding. Should be back in business by tomorrow. 4s 6s, either way it can break but i guess 6s is really asking for it.

No pain no gain.. unfortuanetly I already lost 1 boat and didn't even wreck it just hit a wake and it submarined and never came back up so ill keep having my fun at 60 because the boat I lost was on 4s and was only hitting mid to low 40s
