    Exclamation 11.1V 25C 5300MA Lipo Battery

I currently us a 7.4v 25c 5300ma Lipo Battery and like the way it runs.

Will I gain any performance/speed/rpms by using the 11.1V 25C 5300MA Lipo Battery?

    Thanks for your help...........

I presue you use 2 of the 2s lipo batterys for 4s? No you can not use 2 11.1v 3s lipo batterys but you can run one 2s and one 3s for 5s if you disconnect the B.E.C.

I am running 6s in my MG (2 x 3s 5000 40c) Stock motor, x642 blueprinted prop, 120A ESC. Works fine, no issues.
I had to upgrade the stock ESC as it didn't like that much juice. It opted out. (smoked it)
Before I smoked the stock ESC, I got about 10 passes over two days. Hauled butt!!
With the new ESC I've had no issues to date. 5s be fine, 6s are faster.

Food for thought, not a recommendation.

I decided to stay with the 4s for a while. Picked up some 7.4v 35c 5800mah lipos for a good price. I am going to see how they work compared to the 25c batteries. Also going to test the stock prop and the proboat stainless prop

Went out and tested the batteries. The water conditions were not the best for testing, strong wind coming from the mountains. The results are listed below

    7.4v 25c 5300mah Lipo with stock prop 31.4
    7.4v 25c 5300mah Lipo with proboat S/S prop 30.9

    7.4v 35c 5800mah lipo with stock prop 32.9
    7.4v 35c 5800mah lipo with proboat S/S prop 31.5

wpp, with some better props you'll be able to run 35-40 mph consistently.

I've been debating whether to keep my MG stock or not since it runs so beautifully but now that summer is near, I think I'm going to throw in a T180 on 5s with an 1800kv outrunner.

    I've tried the x642, m445, and proboat 3 blade /55 props

I tried a set of 7.4v 40c 5000mah lipos and a Balanced and sharpened X642 and ran 37.8 with wind and rough water. I hope to test again monday if the wind stops....

Went out today and ran 38.1 mph with the X642 prop. I also had a GrimRacer 42/55 that I balanced and it ran 37.3 mph.
