Default Hydromite center of gravity ?

Hi all have all my gear installed in the hydromite and noticed c.of g issues. the 16.25'' hydromite was originally designed for speed 480 brushed motor and 8-1300 mah 2/3 size nicd cells in my hydromite i have a 2s 2100 mah lipo tucked up into the bow as far forward as physically possible and a 20x40 innrunner brushless motor in the motor mount. The center of gravity according to plan should be 1 1/2'' behind sponson transom on my set up it works out 2 3/8'' behind the sponson transom being lipo and brushless set up are 6.2 oz ligther than nicd and speed 480. What is the best way to compensate for the difference of weight distribution ? Iwas thinking naybe a lifting prop ! Regards Andris Golts.

Move your batteries back. You're nose heavy, not tail heavy. A lifting prop will make it worse.
