    Default how to stain your pvc stands different colors

    hey guys was looking around the internet and came across this page

    interesting. i wonder if this dye would work on bone. i have been looking to dye the white bone nut on one of my guitars red, but im not sure what to use... maybe this stuff is the ticket

    Dana I think the reason it works on pvc is pvc is made with oil byproducts but I could be wrong

    rid works great on dyeable wheels, have used it alot on trucks and tried it on satin finishes as well as chrome, the chrome wheels looked anodized...was sick...but the chrome flakes off after awhile...crappy finishes from factory, ive done yellow on satin wheels and it looked gold,.....crap...got away from thread here...lol

    yeah but when I would use rid it never came out as dark as I wanted these colors seem very dark so thought I would share the info.

    Great tip! I've been an Electrician for over 15 years and never knew they made clear cleaner or primer.
