The old silver box is really getting a bit ratty. It's getting to be time to build a new one. This one will be bigger!!!
I have a couple LED lights we could wire up to go on when opened, as many know your prop box glows without them...

My prop box is in the works.
A bunch of octura plastic props 27-34mm
2 glass props I think they are 30mm
447R need work on for my 1/10 scale thunderboat

    Gas props
    Prather 270 which I don't use
    Prather 275
Prather 280 that got bent and I'm working on modding and fixing it
Octura 482 just started working on

    Aluminum:

    TJM 1215 38mm L+R
    TJM 1215 45mm L+R
    TJM 1218 40mm L+R
    TJM 1218 48mm
    Etti V935 35mm L+R
    Octura X447 L+R

Can't recommend the TJM's enough. I know a lot of ppl slag the alu-props but for me they work like a charm!

    Copper:

    M440
    M445
    M545
    X442 L+R
    X642
    X646/3

    ABC 1518
    ABC 1617

    TFL 435
    TFL 438
    TFL 444

Some wierd looking old copper/brass props for submerged use.

    SS:

    Prather 220
    Prather 225

And about 100 plastic Graupners, TFL's Octuras etc. etc. Started with a toy NQD two years ago and then it all went south (for my wallet) real quick

Nice collection. Do you know a source for the TJM props in north america?

Nope, sorry. I guess if you harass Steven enough he will finally give in

If you do get a hold of them - try the 1218 series. A little more blade area and really grip well. The 1215's doesn't accelerate like the 1218's. Once up to speed the 1215 really scream though, probably unloading the motors a little bit more (smaller tounge on the 1215's)

I live in Sweden and we have a great dealer here. MRT - mini racing teknik.

    http://butik.miniracingteknik.se/

and the TJM's. Divide the price with 6,5 and you'll get the value in US dollars.

    The TJM 1218 props

    http://shop.miniracingteknik.se/inde...1afn4fajenngv6

They guy running it (Jan) has won most european championships for the past ~20 years, in lots of different classes afaik, so I trust his judgement. Pop him a mail! If you're willing to pay for the shipment (can't be that much?) and if MRT has no problem sending it then you could be running the TJM's very soon

Otherwise I can always pick some props up and send them to you?

Hi Diegoboy, i am wondering if this prop Product ID: oct-x645
    Octura x645
    In Stock: 6

    Diameter: 1.77"
    Total Pitch: 1.6x1.77=2.832"
    Shaft Size: 3/16"

would work well on a modified Motley crew it has a 200 amp esc and i have two turnigy motors a 3674-1900kv and 3665-2100kv will be running on 4 and maybe 5s...the x642's are not in stock....I am looking for a top speed of around 54-58 mph,but want lots of power out of the hole and want to keep my eletronics and 40c 5000 packs fairly cool...Any suggestions on props using either of these motors is appreciated as you obviously have lots of prop experience..WOW! i just edited this post i wrote i had a 56-74 instead of 3674 a motor that size would sink my MC..LOL

Here's a vid with my Miss Geico with a 2200kv motor and X645 prop on 4s.Go to the 3:25 mark and let me know if this is what you mean by good power out of the hole.

I have lots of stock props (boring). It is time I started cutting and bending. I think I will start experimenting on the m445 or m447.

Okay thanks i saw it ...and yes it does not look at all like a miss G...I have a surge crusher that takes off like that and i need be careful not to blow it over...its a small 24'' hull and it runs around 50mph on 5s with octura x440 and stock 36-56 -2000 kv motor and 150 amp seaking speed control...
I just finished mods on motley crew and installed 200 amp esc/ 36-74-1900kv... I installed octura x442, which i had and set it up for 5s ...i will test tommorrow i am epecting low 50's and tons of torque... i hope she runs cool... the stock setup did around 40mph and had no where near the torque of my surge crusher which is a very cool little cat...

I had to rebuild the transom of the MG after a 57mph blowover.I haven't tried 5s since.Hence the paint job.I have a CC 1515 and a T-180.My favorite prop so far is the X645 though I now have a M645 to try.

I have wipped out at least 10 times at over 40mph and a couple at 50 with my surgecrusher with no damage at all..But one afternoon my kitty knocked it off the kitchen counter and the rudder struck the tile floor,so i had to do some major transome repair..lol...I since learned to not wipe out my boats at high speeds..lets face it we all know how to push it to far as well as hold back a little to prevent a wipe out...I believe my MC can handle 50 plus if i wipe out its because i will be asking for it...PS i'm pretty new to boats what is cc 1515? also what was the can size of your 2200kv...thanks

okay, yes i heard a few mc owner's using that motor...my setup today was fast as i want to go, around 50mph plus, but the hk 200 amp got verrrry hot as well as the 36-74-1900 turnigy on 5s,and cooling was working...i heard these esc's need to be taken appart and have some kind of cooling plate mod..i need to see if i can find the specific's on that... i probabely will end up get the seaking 180 if i can't fix this one,as it great on 5s pushing bigger props with not over heating...I may work on a good 4s setup, but i have a lot of 3s packs and only 2 2s.. maybe 5s is also to much voltage for the turnigy motor ..i think its rated for 5s i need to check...i know my 36-74-1700 tacon is rated up to 7s..i beleive tacon and leapard are same, but turnigy is not as heavy duty...Anyway back to the drawing board..thanks
