Are these more along the Cyberstorm in design??? I need something that can handle race water. The Pirate looks like it has a little more bow flare than the other DF's.

These would make great P Monos if they'd make them an inch shorter.

I have a new 1527 1y and havent decided what to put it in. I think Don may attempt to open up "open nitro mono" to FE's. You think KP's B-hydro is fast, you should see his Open Nitro Seaducer.

The DF red does have an orange tinge to it. I ordered my Sniper from you Steven and couldnt figure out if it was orange or red when I first got it. When I saw pics of another Sniper that was "real" orange, I figured DF's red just wasnt the shade I was expecting.

i have seen some df's 33's that have come in definately red though too..and there is no mistaking it for red or orange..maybe samuel has different shades of red that are borderline orange or something

I'd love to see the pictures. Sorry about the mixup. Not sure how we missed that on shipping. Samuel does have a bunch of colors. I will start a thread on my daughters hull for 2011.

Remember that signal red sometimes can have a an orange tint, specially if the gelcoat layer is very thin.
When you order boats, ask for 3756 signal red.
On my website there is a color scheme of all the gelcoat colors, but only a few of the colors are in stock.

Aaron, I guess you have got 3950 Pirate red on your former boats.... Sure does have a tint of orange... The boat on the pic looks signal red to me.

I agree with Doug, just a inch shorter. That hatch will be a bunch easier to tape than the Storm.

Looks awesome. How would you compare it to the Titan 33?

Nope, Our P-mono rules require the hull to no longer than 34" or about 863mm.
