    Talking 1/8 Miss Elam Conversion

    Steven, ( and everyone else); Just got a great deal on a Proboat 1/8 Miss Elam Hydro,,,,,,time to do another conversion.

    Motors??? Props????Speed Controls????? Etc.......

    Well what kind of speed are you looking for? Maybe 10s for power?

    Its gona take a bigger motor..probably bigger than a kb. You possibly may be able to get away with an HV110 & I agree on 10-S. I would try 8s. Motor is the real question here.

    FWIW that Atlas Van lines boat in the video will be run on 10S this year with a 2280 most likely.

    Edit: It might actually be a Neu 1527, but I can guarantee you that it will be 10S!!

    I think I would go with 10S 1P 5000 pack on a 1527 as about the smallest I would go with the Pro Boat hull. A 10S 2280 or NEU 2215 would be even better!
