    Default Mini hulls

I was wondering if any one has had any experience with the Sea rider or offshore warrior plastic hulls?

I got the pair with hardware and drive cables for $20

I'm looking for ideas on what motor, prop etc to use in them. Or if they are even worth messing with.

On a side note my neighborer is interested in FE boating. So I was thinking we could build one for him with cheap stuff. That way I can get him hooked

Never seen plastic version, but they would be lighter. Depends how sturdy they are built. Here is a nice thread on these mini's to give you an idea, but they are not plastic, but you will get nice info on how they run, setups, props, videos, etc:

The hulls seem very rigid. But there are dowels molded in the hull for where the motor mounted and such. They can be easily ground down or cut out though.

Any ideas on what I could use to bond say a motor mount to the hulls?

    Thanks
