Makes no difference to me as long as we're not having crap weather. I can see where easter sunday would be tough to get away with for anyone with "chilluns".
At the same time, I'd like to see us maintain a consistent schedule instead of looking like we're totaly disorganized.
Pro & cons to both sides. Without a decent turnout it's hard to have any real racing. Y'all call & I'll play.

I think weve been doing pretty well w/ maintaining the schedule, its the wind thats probably been detering people on some of the race days. I can see how it would be tough to travel and hour plus knowing you cant run. At the same time, I think acceptions of schedule changing due to Holidays is not an issue that would make our club look disorganized. "Chilluns" or not, easter is a big Holiday for some familys, mine included, with family coming into or out of town, just makes it tough for people to get away to go run boats. Just my $.02

May 1st will work for me, I'm leaving for vacation this Fri 4/15 probably won't be back until 4/23. I wouldn't have much time to charge batts and get boats ready anyway.

why not have everyone that can make it easter do so and everyone that can make it may 1 do so also....lots of test and tunning to do before june

Not quite that big. I got other plans for the 2028. Riggers just really don't do anything for me. I've actually got a couple of nice bigger rigger hulls that Rich gave me some time back. (but no sponsons to go with them.) I'd guess these are probably .40-.60 size tubs? 3" wide (inside) & 32-1/2" long
