    Default WTB Traxxas Summit

    Its winter, looking for something to play in the snow with. Can be RTR or a roller or ARTR. Anyone? Thanks for looking!

    Have you tried the Traxxas Forum's Market Place? Thats where I normally get any of my Traxxas RC stuff. Picked up 2 brushless Emaxx's and a converted revo for pretty cheap there...shouldn't have trouble finding a Summit on there

    I really like HPI's Savage.I have the Flux2350 "made" to run on 4s,and its a blast.Cheaper than the Savage Flux HP too.These trucks can take one hell of a beating,unlike the Traxxas T,E Maxx and Revo.

    Default emaxx

    Truck has seen a doz cycles and the body is rough. Brushed motors on 7.2 paks wheelie and flip, explains the rough body. The chassis and drivetrain have no issues. I was going to convert it to bl then tried a pair 2s lipos. Fast enough for me but the lipos sunk with my cat. Batt not included

    Any number of mounts available. I like the one from kershaw designs I think he waterjets them out of 6061 alum. So yes mount, esc, motor, lock it in 2nd gear, remove shifting servo,,,,,,buy wheelie bar!

    With bl motor it's uncontrollable in 1st gear. Unlike the Tmaxx which shifts automatically the Emaxx has shift on the fly from TX tranny. 3chl

    If you're looking to bash in the snow...I'd go with the newer 3905/3903 E-maxx...its chassis is longer and comes with a stronger tranny and upgraded drive shafts as well as a waterproof esc, servos and a waterproof box for your RX and if you want to stay waterproof...keep it brushed.

    I run a 3905 E-maxx with twin 700HO brushed motors...completely waterproof and its pushing 35mph in 1st and 45+mph in 2nd gear::

    Is the 180 new? I'm new at this and have overwhelmed myself with projects. Got 3 on the bench and they all need something
    This little lady needs a pair of esc's.
