    are there any fast electric clubs in the jacksonville, florida and st. augustine, fl. area? anybody out there know?

    obrien and I are down in St. Pete there are quite a few guys down here.
    The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.

    ok how about this, i want to start a fast electric club in the jacksonville, st. augustine, florida area anybody out there got any advice on what i need to do? going to register with namba to start with should i go with impba too? i know there are more people than me in the northeast florida area, come out of the woodwork please and let's do this! i will be more than happy to do the leg work, but i can't start a club by myself or can i?
