For us new to the sport, what is the motor/battery configuration allowed for:

    P-Limited Hydro

    LSH

    P-Limited OPC

I'm familiar with the "P-spec" configs for motors, but not the "limited" and "limited spec" designations, so would this make sense:

LSH - Limited Sport Hydro - any of the listed "spec" motors in a "sport" hull.
P-Sport Hydro - any motor in a "sport" hull.....you 'could' even run an LSH boat in P-Sport class.
P-Hydro - any motor / any hydro hull....either P-Sport or LSH boats 'could' run here too, but these are the outriggers.

A "Sport" hull does not have to be a scale hydro, just conform to certain dimensional requirements and not be a rigger.

    David,

Count me in for the following:

    Pspec OPC
    Pspec hydro
Pspec sport hydro (hopefully will have some kind of new hull)
    LSO

Not sure if I called all the clases correct, but all running UL-1 motor/esc. The above 4 for sure and I will notify later if I get my Pmono built.

I would also like to sponsor $50.

    Thanks,

    Peter Wijatyk

What's the difference between P-Sport Hydro and Limited Spec Hydro?
If they are the same why are there two classes (first post)?

With P Sport Hydro, there is no limitation on motor selection.

LSH is the same voltage as P Sport, but with the limited/spec motors. UL-1, SV27, BJ, HiMaxx, etc.

A legal LSH boat is also a legal P-Sport Hydro boat, but many will use a more powerful motor for P Sport Hydro, like an 8XL, 1515 1Y, 1521 1.5D, Leopard 4074 2200 Kv, Castle 1515 2200 Kv, etc.

Dan-Don't they need you to replace the dome roof? Glad you're coming!
