Default just cant decide on a prop

i have sv27r with ul-1 motor/esc. i was running an x440/2. it got on a plane really fast... but i sold it now im running a grim 40/52/3... it cavitates alot before getting on a plane... i kinda liked the 2 blade prop more. theres so many threads with different suggestions i dunno what the hell to buy. i tried my old stock proboat 1.6/2.5 prop. not bad but maybe too much pitch for this motor? i cant decide between grim 42/55 - x440/3 - x442/2 - x640 - x642 just lost in a world of props and i dont have the money to buy all of em and test, plus i have no gps so who knows what my speeds are..... so confused im looking to get close to 50 and keep things relatively cool.... please help... i know a few of you have made suggestions already, im sorry to ask again but i just dont know whats best for this hull/motor/esc combo

My fav is the 40/52/3 but it has to be S&B very sharp if you can't cut your self with it its not sharp enough. The 42/55 is very fast but things can get real hot I like the three blade best. Good luck Wiz.

this is the prop i am using now..and yes it is super sharp. i have to wrap a towel around the prop when removing or installing it because it will cut just from holding in place to put the nut on. on a gross note i accidently caught my thumb in it at full throttle at the beginning of july..... boy that was NOT pretty. took almost three months for it to fully heal. what a mess

I ran ul power in my sv on a 42x55. Mid to high 40s, temps always around or under 115 on motor and esc. Wicked fast prop and my personnel favorite. Check my SV vid in my signature it's that motor/esc and prop! That's the only prop I run on my SV these days
