On 4s its probably pushing more than 100 amps. Those setup are more than a 120 amp esc will handle. I would definitely not run the 120 on those voltages and rpms.

I personally have not run a 2200 on 5s to know the results. But I have run a 2200 with 4s and 6500 hyperion 35c packs. (1) 4s pack was not enough. I had to run (2) 4s packs in parallel for good results.

For racing we have a 10,000mah limit. For heat racing its a number of laps.

I got a low end KD3660 3000KV motor pulling well over 120 amps. I also have a Leopard 4074 2000 KV on the shelf here. After seeing an Eagle Tree on the KD3660 not a chance I would put a 120A ESX on that Leopard. Im not sure if 180 would be enough.

A fellow scale racer that Im going to copy ran a leopard 2200kv, 442 prop, and 120amp speedo on 4s1p and did fine in a scale hydro. i ran against him and he had a lot of power and easily lasted 5 laps. Our courses are not small. fwiw...
