did you get some 7/32 brass with the unit? seems like you have cut the stuffing tube a little short but no biggie. if you have some 7/32 you can use it to bridge the gap from the stuffing tube to the strut housing. just cut a piece an inch long, put a drop of crazy glue onto the outside of the 7/32 and insert it about 3/16 into the stuffing tube. now the other end should slide right into the strut housing. thats what i did with mine

listen very carefully.... the stuffing tube in your boat is 1/4 diameter . you should have a 7/32 diameter tube you got with your ose strut. yes? take the 7/32 brass you got from ose and slide it into the 1/4 stuffing tube on the boat

I am really happy with how it turned out, just wished I got the paint job better quality, lots of defects if you look close.

We call that a 20 foot finish. Looks great from 20 feet. And looks great in the pics!

There is a nice pond I drove my other boat at, the only down fall is that there are rocks all the way around.

Tried it with out turn fins today, runs a lot better will never go back. Hull is looking the best it will be, boat is fast, my video skill/drivng improved but my servo burned up, thought it was speed control.

I was going to mask it off, but decided not to, the black I have will eat at the paint, a little bit of the sliver got on the orange and ended up not so well. If anything I'll go to the hobby shop and get some black sticker materal and just cut one out.
