Okay just bought one of each for a future build. Do i need to do anything to them to make them suitable or are they good to go from the factory?

FE Rules!
You may want to remove the shrink and sand down the fets to give complete contact with the cooling plate..............they may have 30-40% contact at best. They are very easy to set up as well.
