Modding of a super cat pool racer

Hi i was wondering about how i would go about modding my supercat boat that i picked up really cheap.

I would like to add a rudder and servo as the vector push system can be annoying and if i got a higher capacity battery i would like to add watercooling as i had a killer vee and changed the battery pack and the motors burned out.

I dont know how i would watercool the motors as there next to eachother sharing a mount, i would like to add a esc as well as i mentioned i want to get away from the vector push design.

I dont want crazy power just enough to get on plane as it still just plows through the water any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a pic of the boat,what would be a good esc/rudder set up/radio reciever could i use the standard radio with a different reciever/mod motors to use/ how to watercool the motors.
