Does anybody has ever seen or run some of these hull? Nice looking!!!
    Are they worth the money?

Search this site for "Delta Force" and read up... Any questions you have after that just ask...

The short answer is that these hulls are currently "the hulls to have" for N2-Mono and P-Mono... They are FAST, handle well, and are well made... and OSE sells the FE versions of them for an excellent price...

    yeah! didn't think about "search"!!!
seems to be really good stuff then!
I'm asking because my brother in law is in HK today and may have a chance to bring one back!!! If he can't, I'll purchase one from OSE of course!

You will be happy with the Delta Hull.

Just make sure it says Delta Force inside the hull. Its on a sticker that's embedded into the fiberglass and not removable. Also the Delta hulls are gel-coated, NOT painted. Be careful, there are a TON of copies. Also tell him to get the electric hatch, not the nitro one with the hole for the tuned pipe.

Thanks for these info Steven, I was about to ask you why you show a fully closed hatch while I only saw open one (for exaust pipe) on DeltaForce web site!!! Didn't know they had special electric hatch!
What do you think about a Feigao8XL geared down under 18cells? I think she should scream to death isn't it?

YEP the 33" is the one that I think would go perfecly with the Feigao8XL!

Let me ask you this... the fact these hull have no step isn't it a disadvantage?

In the USA, at least in NAMBA and IMPBA, stepped Monos are not allowed in the "Mono" classes... so it's a mute point for us...

Speed wise it may be a bit slower, handling wise a vee or slight vee seems to handle better.

ED if you want a stepped race proven mono hull why not just buy a ToySport Syncron??? It would save you much work.

The toysport mono's cant handle worth crap compared to the delta force line.
We had a triton and a syncron in n2 and P and with a delta beside it there was no competition.
    But my $0.02

I just used a Delta force 33 to beat the P mono record for straight lines. This same boat won the nats last year... You cant go wrong with a delta!!

Nice job on the P-Mono record, by the way..... that's FLYING for a Mono...

From what I've observed, the Delta Force, likely much like a good Seducer, track really well at speed... they are predictable when set up correctly...

One of the problems I've seen with builds of these are people trying to set them up as if we didn't have enough power by putting the CG WAY too far back... Mine is as far forward as 33% under some conditions... Start at 30%... don't fudge... My guess is that for most running, you'll move it FORWARD, not back... IF you have power... If you are running a marginal setup, then you may need to play with this...

Taylor is saying that the Delta Force handles better than the ToySport Triton and Syncron...

The Deltas really are great driving boats... You can't reallly go wrong with them...

    What Darin said.
I think it is because of the large flat ride pad which makes them handle kinda bad.
The steps on the triton are not in contact with the water when the boat is moving. The hull has a single wet'd ride pad but it does HAVE steps. There for people will get on your case about running the boat in mono even thought the ride pad is one wet'd surface.

Prop was something in the neighborhood of an X450/3 or something like that...

Amps were less than it takes to pop a Hydra 240... In otherwords, the hydra 240 has survived all season with that setup, so it's less than 240amps continuous... don't have any exact numbers...

The 1521 1.5 d should not even come close to 200 amps. It @ max eff. is about 100 amps. 240 would provide a good cushion or head room for this motor. 240 are all I run. it just makes it nice to be to have evrything wired the same....

    Just my $.02

Clear, so my idea to use a Feigao8XL (knowing it cannot be compared to a Neu) geared down (I have spur gear to make 1:1.25, 1:1.5, 1:1.75 ratio), 18 cell on a 120amp ESC is not ridicilous isn't it? Certainly not as fast but...
