Default Swordfish 200 Amp Low Voltage

I've been asking Hifei for a low votage 200 amp esc with bec and they have answered. I will soon have a 200amp 2s-6s Swordfish. Price should be in the sub $100 area.

Steve, WHY BEC? I don't get it, Bec is usually a weak link...

I do like the idea of this esc though, thanks!

Its simple Ray. For no money you can disconnect red bec wire if you personally don't want it. But to add a bec to a esc that doesnt have one it will cost you $10-$25, depending on which one you use.

Na. I would have to purchase way to many to get them to do that.

Here's a picture. About 6mm wider then a 120 esc, plus the extra width of the additional water cooling inlet and outlet.

Does it have the same D2pak style fets as the 240, 2 legs on one side and large leg on the other side?

That puts it in the October 20th to November 4th or so time frame.
It should still be on that schedule.

Q: Is it me or is the 120 amp unit kind of sensitive at the start?

I've only setup throttle but, I find it's extremely sensitive to throttle touch unlike ALOT of BL esc's.

Of course its on all defaults settings and on an ARC motor that is a very different animal if you could see how thick the windings are you would agree...

Maybe I need to progran it? Runs cool with a cool motor & batts...

    We'll see...

I actually have found the 120a to have a good amount of throttle control.

But November 4th wasn't. So your just going to have to wait.

In all seriousness, I have received confirmation and a tracking number a few days ago. So they are close to being a reality.
