Default Voltage requirements for Castle 120 HV

    Have Castle 120 HV,

The programming chart says default cutoff is set for 12 volts and the minimum available setting is 9 volt.
    Was planning to use 2S.
ESC boots and operates perfect on 4S which it should with factory default of 12volt LiPo shut down.
Don't know what good setting it to 9 volt would do as a 2s fully charged only goes to 8.4 volt.

Is this just not made to work on 2S?

    Hi Daniel,
That control will operate on 2s. Do you have these instructions?

I have instructions for my HV model. These models also requires external receiver power source.

Man I'm sorry I didn't see HV in your post even though it was there twice.

You are right, you're going to need a LV control or change the setup. What are you working on?

    Doug,
Thanks not a problem. It is a twin motor Mini Mystic, the motors are 7.4 volt 7 wind Lehner. Was going to do 2S2P 5500mah lipo.

Yeah hv stands for high voltage, 7.4 volts is not high voltage- like 6s and above
