Final hop ups will be Octura 442s and Turnegy 120 Amp ESCs, I think...

    Thanks,
I'd like to see the next vid with the new props.

BTW what did you have your prop angles set at?

Here is a vid of mine on 4s with cf-40's I took today. I either got some radio interference in the middle of the run or I hit a patch of seaweed in the water. It was everywhere today!

right around upper 50's on the cf-40's. Yup, 380 9-xl's. wire drives & t-120's. Had to re-config. the electronics to move the lipos in the sponsons and get the c.o.g. forward. It really wanted to blowover with the cf-40's & 442's.

She's a screamer! Nice job. Looks like the drives are doing fine.

Try going clockwise, 6 laps for IMPBA rules That is why I got Aoxing 5800 4S 30Cs and they fit in the middle when you take out the tray as you have done. 120 Amp ESCs fit perfect back in the sponsons like stock. That being said, a great ride you have there man and I love those intaked in the hull!!

Thanks!! I have a set of 442's and ran it once in the stock config. with batteries in the middle. C.O.G. was too far back. It wanted to blow over @ 50. Putting the lipos in the sponsons in front of the motors brought the cog lower and further forward. Re-tested and got 61 mph, but it was still a little too "loose" for my taste, so I went back to the cf-40's. I like the lipos in the sponsons. It seems to handle much better!
