    Default Charger remorse

I just bought a Dynamite Vision peak ultra ac/dc charger, its great that it can charge up to 8amps, but it don't have a way to lower the cutoff voltage for storing lipos, I have a feeling I should have gotten a hyperion. Anyone want to recomend me a great ac/dc charger in this price range of $150 and below? Thanks. (anyone want to buy a charger lol?)

Hyperion 0606i...should be in the $110 range. It's only a 50w charger though. I believe there is a new 720 AC/dc though, but probably more than your budget.

If your charging big batteries get a Hyperion. If you want the best bang for the buck you CAN NOT beat the ac-6. Cheap and loaded with features!

I was reluctant to get a hyperion when I switched to lipo. But my hyperion charger was well worth the money. Sometimes you do get what you pay for!

The hyperion chargers are indeed first rate although they are a bit more expensive. PM us for special pricing for OSE members.

I have begun to realize you really do get what you pay for in this hobby. Sometimes the cheap chinese stuff works great, but it doesn't seem to take as good of a beating as the more expensive chinese stuff(lol).

I have a few of the Hyperion 606's and once the funds replenish I've got my eye on a 615 duo.

I wouldn't mind picking up a couple of those cheapy chargers for my cheap batteries though, but I'm sticking with a good charger for my good batteries. To me charging a good battery with one of those cheap chargers seems like putting low grade unleaded in your Ferrari...

I do have one thing to say, it seems like all of the stories you hear about people burning their houses down while charging lipos are with questionable chargers and the "cheap" chargers that let you charge questionable batteries... My 606 won't let me charge questionable batteries even when I tried...lol
