I am currently laying Carbon Fiber inside the hull and am going to run a Feigao 9L motor with a Turnigy 120a water cooled ESC.

Questions:

1. what batteries should i use? (2) 5000mah 40c lipo?
2. prop?
3. speed?

First you will probably need to switch the whole drive system to a flex cable with that motor the drive shaft Universals will most likely fail.

oh yeah, i am not using anything from the SW26, just the hull.

should i put carbon rods in the ribs on the bottom of the boat?
