Both the bl and nitro verison flex shafts are 7.75" long so it may work fine. The 5915 on the label is prob the kv rating which means it may be a feiago 540 6s(http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/fei...tors-chart.php) which is just not really going to work at all. Even if you ran a single 2s lipo it's still around 40,000 + rpms which is not going to work to well on this boat. I suggest you try and sell the motor if you can and purchase a feigao 540 12l or 13l should work fairly decent (http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...i-540L&cat=116) and as for a esc this 60amp seaking should work fine (http://www.kintecracing.com/Electrical.html). All together the items I listed is a little over $30 cheaper than the brushles stock power. If you really REALLY want to go cheap you could grab a 36-56 turnigy motor (http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=6526) and try the esc you have. Either way the motor you have is not going to work. The watts on that turnigy are lower than the feigao which mean less power. Electric motors are rated in watts, 746 watts = 1 horsepower as a fyi.
