Swordfish 120

I am setting up my new swordfish 120 tonight. Long story short, I discovered(after about an hour) that if I reversed the throttle on my tactic radio the esc would calibrate correctly and work! Pretty excited I finally got it working, BUT I would like to get it working without having the the throttle switched to "R".

I tried a few things. Flipping the receiver connector, then the receiver does not work. Switching two wires on the motor and resetting the esc. No Luck. I have this question into Steven, but thought I would see if any one out there has an idea on this.

Why does it bother you that it is switched to "R"?

Well, because I use this same radio for two or three other boats that operate the other way. Just one more more thing to trip you up when you are out running things. Not a huge deal, just thought there might be something simple I missed. I suppose I could just switch it out to run with one of my spektrum radio's then it woud not be an issue at all.
