I am kinda new to lipos and tried to do some research before posting. When choosing a Lipo does C rating make a huge difference? I would like to use 4000- 5000 mAh 30-40C rated lipos but the noob in me is a little worried now and confused.
Thanks in advance for the help,C-mac
see what your highest watts your motor can handle.
4000x40c=160ampsx14.8=2365 watts.. your motor should not exceed this wattage
5000x40c=200ampsx14.8=2960 watts " " " " "
A higher c rating is always better due to the fact that the cell will handle higher wattage with less heat

Do you know what the biggest problem with the world is?
That the Smartest people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence.::tt2
