    Default Twin 380 Brushless Mini-Rio !?!

    Can it be done?

    I should have two extra 380 2850Kv motors & 60a ESC's. Should be able to squeeze a 3000mah 3s lipo in it.

But... Will it be too heavy? Will it still float?

Is there enough room to work in the hull?

The question remains... Can it be done? Should it be done. The answer is... Am I going to do it. =)

It shouldn't be done because there is no room.
It shouldn't be done because it'll be too heavy.
It shouldn't be done because there is no reason to make a mono with twins.
It shouldn't be done because it's too much money to invest in a cheap ABS hull.

    I say go for it!

Seriously, if you really insist on doing it, use 2 20mm motors instead of 24mm (380). You'd have better luck if you do it to a mini-v instead. (more room)

Well... I have the mini rio already... We'll see how ambitious I am when I have the motors in hand...

Perhaps... However sadly... I don't think they are going to fit in this hull.

I might find a nice 18-24" cat though. With less load they might last.
