red tube is silicone hose for cars.

Nice boat and setup!
Is that the optimal position for the drives?
I would have thought that they should be mounted closer to the tunnel about and 2-3 mm above the bottom of the sponsons.

Are the fake hydraulics working, and used for actual steering ?
Then you might have a problem !
Way too much of a wide angle on the rams.
