    I just saw a link to this from one of the online engineering mags.

    It might make some cool prototype fittings. Of course you have to master 3D CAD first, but I know a few guys here are already experts on that.

    That's great info Andy. I worked with a company back in 2004 to get one of their 3D printers off the ground. They also have a 3D scanner:
