I plan on it in the future. I may have to upgrade the esc though. I've heard too much bad about the lv240 on 6s. I may try a Swordfish hv when steven gets them. This thing should see mid 60's on 6s I bet. I love how this hull eats up the chop.

AHHH! I've been to Mauii. I never wanted to go home. Not sure why I did... I could snorkel and surf endlessly. I've gotta settle for crappy east coast snowboarding. At least I've got tons of lakes when it is nice out..

In the winter here the water is in the upper 40's and i don't even hesitate to jump in after my boats ( even then it draws a crown) , but there ... Yeah right!!!! I would wait on the 6's unless you have a good recovery system buts that's just coming from a so cal boy GREAT VIDEO !!!!!

Not much better on top speed today. 58.5. I did pick up a LOT of punch out of the hole though. First rip and i flipped it right over on her lid! Wasn't expecting that! I dig the hard acceleration, just gotta be a little more careful now!

Well, I went with a x455 today. Woohoo! She's rock solid at 63.6 mph!! this cat rips wot hairpin turns! By far THE best handling cat I've ever seen! Still running 5s2p. Batts were a little warm, but other than that, temps were as usual. I wonder how much speed this hull is capable of.

That's very impressive. I am putting a new power setup in my sprintcat soon, motor and esc. are on the way, just need to get some cells. I'm going from a 4s to a 6s setup. I hope to get up to the 60 range also.

Is the x455 the best prop you've tried?

Yep, so far, the 455. I've only tried the octura's though. I may get a couple prather props. They have more pitch. So far, I've tried a x648, x450, x452 and the x455. I have a x457, but, not sure if it will be too much. Gonna try to talk the wife into filming this weekend. The lake are finally all thawed out, and I can really let her rip!
