rio ep junk?

i got my rio for christmas ran 2 times esc fried,drive cable&coupler was so tight it took 3 people to remove the set scwews stripped and the only choice was to pull real hard, i did all this at the hobby store were it was bought, yea they replaced all the bad parts but i own 4 aquacraft boats and would have expected better. dont get me wrong i love my rio but me and her got off on the wrong foot
